Dr. Eric Knudson
Dr. Knudson is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, IA. A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Knudson completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Although he always felt that chiropractic was his true calling in life, it wasn’t until an injury that was helped by chiropractic that confirmed his life’s path. Upon completion of Chiropractic school Dr. Knudson interned in Fishers, Indiana, followed by work with Jensen Chiropractic in Appleton, WI. It is the closeness of family that inspired him to move to the Twin Cities and practice in Rogers.
Dr. Knudson is an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic and specializes in Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, and several myofascial release techniques, including IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). During his time at Palmer Dr. Knudson was an active participant in the Troxell club honing his skills in the Gonstead technique. He also participated in Palmer Clinic’s community outreach program treating patients without access to healthcare. In 2013, Dr. Knudson traveled to India to provide chiropractic care to rural and impoverished communities.
Dr. Knudson is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Minnesota Chiropractic Association, the i94 Chamber of Commerce, and the Rogers Lions Club.
In his spare time Dr. Knudson enjoys golf, bowling, weight training and tossing the frisbee for his dog Ruby, also the office mascot!
Jen Joined Knudson Chiropractic in March 2017 where she is the Office Manager running the daily operations of the clinic including insurance billing and all administrative work. With over 7 years of experience managing in a medical setting and over 15 years of office administration, she has learned the importance of Patient – Doctor relationships and the outcome of care, along with extra special attention to detail and extreme patient customer service. Nothing makes Jen’s day quite like working somewhere that leaves people feeling healthier and happier.
Jen, a former State swimmer, graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Geography and Spanish. After a 6 month abroad trip to Costa Rica, she quickly realized her passion was in healthcare. After working with a team of Optometrists and MD’s, she took a break to stay at home with her young children. Now, excited about her new position with Dr. Knudson, she strives to create a warm and welcoming environment along with helping create a healthier lifestyle for patients.
Jen is a long time native of Minnesota and the mother of 4 wonderful children. When she is not at Knudson Chiropractic, she enjoys outdoor activities including camping, swimming, and late night summer bonfires with the kids.
Ruby is the official Office Dog and Mascot at Knudson Chiropractic. She was rescued by Dr. Knudson from the Minnesota Border Collie Rescue in 2014. Ruby loves to greet patients as they come in for their chiropractic care. She will even properly introduce herself with a handshake! When Ruby isn’t busy greeting patients at the office she enjoys long walks and playing frisbee.
